Opened in 2022, the SSIPS studio at the Salt Spring Multi Space (SIMS) is fully equipped for non-toxic printmaking. It is a gathering place for printmakers to learn together and cheer each other on.

It is open for MEMBERS ONLY to use. The first step is to become a member!  Then you must be oriented to our studio protocols and procedures.  You will be invited to book an orientation by contacting info@ssiprintmakers.ca. Once you have completed the orientation you will be given the access code to the studio. Please remember to sign in each time!

The studio is open daily September through June, and Monday to Saturday in July and August. Hours can be found on the home page.

The studio is a toxic materials free zone. (eg. no acid baths or solvents) Any questions about this, please ask!

We have some supplies for sale, and we ask for donations when using the AKUA, Tri-Art inks and other materials.

Together we make the studio work – members keep the studio clean, operational and solvent.
